It's still Tuesday isn't it?

Was a touch busier today than most so the post is late and hopefully not better never than late. Big audit at work tomorow by a major airplane manufacturer, an angry one at that, not at us but my customer sells them engines for their cargo planes, the ones you see on Dan Rather when you see troops being sent somewhere............and a poor design has these guys very pissed off since the engine makes the plane vibrate and that is so not a good thing. Not our fault, we just repair the vibrating components when they come off wing, but hey, when you're pissed off it flows downhill. But even more importantly, to me anyway, has been my negotiations to buy the below home which I had NO IDEA I was gonna buy until yesterday. I happened to drive by it recently, went to see it, thought no, not for me...........then thought about it, went back.........yep..........it's for me. So...........I done went and bought it. I am just about the shrewdest, wickedest negotiator in my job but in my personal life I tend to cave when I really want something............so I slightly caved even though I of course didn't pay retail. What's a couple grand among friends. So..........my life will be upside down for a month but sometimes upside down is a good thing. I love my current home but I need bigger. And this one is, very nice on the inside, immaculate, lots of extras...........and oh that back yard and those decks! I love privacy like that and don't have that here. I will miss wondering if the neighbor ladies are sneaking peeks when I brazenly walk to and from the hot tub but hey, I can always post announcements to draw a crowd at the new neighborhood. Anyway, I'm sure I'll be back to sex, drugs, and rock and roll soon, tomorrow most likely but I've been busy man, busy. I think I'll throw a party and invite only bloggers.
