I use Eyes Wide Shut as a nightlight

but with the sound turned down, when I want some light for whatever reason when I'm in bed but I don't want to see yellowed tungsten. Maybe I'm thinking and don't want the sound interupting my complex thought processes or talking to someone on the phone, telling them good night or hello or both and I definitely don't want noise in the background then so I use Eyes Wide Shut on my 35' Mitsubishi, 14 years old, used almost exclusively for movies and if you've seen the movie you know it has some brilliant cinematography or whatever you call it plus a lot of Nicole Kidman naked. There is this color of blue that is persistant throughout the movie, often in the background. It's a prettier blue without the sound. The only part I would want to hear anyway is when Alice (Nicole) gets stoned in that damn wafer thin nipplesole and there's a pair of panties too, but she gets really stoned and starts talking really slooooooooow to Tom Cruise who is exactly like me now in that neither of us has Nicole with us at night, but she draws it out and then gets animated, moving all around in the aforementioned attire, but still taking forever to get the words out, talking about a fantasy she had when they (She and Bill (Tom) were on a weekend trip somewhere. Ole Bill is freaked like he's seeing his wife for the first time and when she tells him about her fantasy of not only fucking this officer she saw but leaving Bill and the daughter for this guy................well, Bill/Tom just can't deal with it and the rest of the movie is his downward spiral into jealousy. Good thing about it is Bill can't get the vision of his wife and this military officer out of his mind so when he is anguished with the thought of it you get to see it in his head and that's another naked Nicole opportunity not to be wasted. Who cares the visions inside Bill/Toms head are in black in white. If Bill would have read my post below about holding her too tightly he might have avoided some really unfortunate occurrences that happen as he insanely jealously slinks about.

Oh, and you definitely don't need sound for the masked orgy scene.

But that's the only part I would even want to listen to, she takes him apart so slowly, it's a piece of acting I tell ya and I'm speaking from a critical point of view not just cause you can see her nipples for like twenty straight minutes and those legs, damn. Not causa that. Acting, go see for yourself. And if the TV puts you right to sleep you still get to see that scene in the beginning where Alice lets that dress drop, you see her from behind, and it drops to the floor. It's a long drop. She has two dimples right there at the top of her ass. Then you can just drift off to sleep you don't have anything else going on and it beats counting sheep. You can count dimples and stop at two.

Just my suggestion for when you just want a little light and want to minimize your distractions. I know it sounds like I'm distracted but I do this alot and I pick up snippets here and there plus I'm very visual so stuff sticks with me. Just sayin'.

I know, this post even surprises me. Where does this shit come from?
